On the flip side, Katie, a form techy with over ten years of experience, also dove into the parenting pool and spotted a glaring gap in user-friendly resources for parents. So, these dynamic duo decided to join forces, blending their know-how and life lessons to whip up Behaviorish—a gem of parenting wisdom. Rachel's career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in both Boston and San Diego has given her a wealth of knowledge about child development and behavior management. With over ten years of experience, she's become a master at navigating the twists and turns of educational systems and understanding the unique needs of caregivers, teachers and kids. Once Rachel became a mom herself, she decided launched a fun and engaging new project to share her wisdom and support other parents.

Katie Haughton, Mom & Behind-the-Scenes Operator

Katie spent over a decade in the tech world, where she sharpened her skills in Marketing, Sales & Service Software. Recently, she dove headfirst into an exciting new adventure as a mom, which brought a fresh perspective and a whole new set of challenges that were as thrilling as they were unpredictable. You can think of her as the Bonnie to Rachel's Clyde handling all the business operations on the back end!
